Friendly staff very helpful and knowledgeable! They're so nice and always ready and willing to answer my questions (even the really dumb ones!) Without making me feel like an idiot which is always appreciated.
I will remember to get the girls names when I review. It was a little difficult because i just got membership and i been going for less than two weeks and I think each time was someone new. They all very friendly, except for 1 I think she was hispanic only saying that because the other grls were caucasian or looked like they were. This girl was chatting wit a friend and when I walked in I waited for approx 5 min until I said excuse is there a bed open. She answered with a quick last name? Then without even standing up says room 5 and made no eye contact. So i took 12 minutes came out and she was at the same place talking with her friend and didnt even acknowledge me when I passed by. I had to hurry but definately would of liked to alk to her supervisor. Its a good thing for the others great personalities and customer service skills she did not make me take my business somewhere else. Other than her I think beds are Awesome Clean and convienent hours never had to wait just that one time.
Justine was so knowledgeable and helpful! I was very self conscious bringing up some questions and concerns I had, since I am new to tanning. Her excellent customer service skills made me feel very comfortable and at ease, not only in discussing matters but also in my own skin! She totally rocks! And this company should recognize her awesome job! Thanks girl, you have truly made this an awesome experience for me and I will continue to return to this location!
I love this place Customer service Rocks and some of the ladies personality are Rocking. I feel so welcome and greeted with hello and smiles!!!! My favorite Tan Republic lady is Jennifer Smith very energetic, outgoing, funny, and her customer service is popping.
Great place!!! I got a spray tan for a wedding I was attending. The girl who helped me (Hannah?) was wonderful and the spray tan was perfect. Best service you could ask for.

I love how early this location opens up on the week days. The staff is always great & the rooms/ beds have always been clean in my experience.

Terrible bulbs, no results from Diamond bed which is the best they have. The lady did give me a complimentary tan but in the same bed with again no results.
The girls here are super helpful. I also never have to wait for a bed because its a larger location. I'm also in love with their high pressure beds!!

She was face timing her boyfriend arguing with him. When my bed turned off I got the opportunity to listen to their arguement while dressing. So emberrasing to the guy to argue in a public place. I highly suggest Tam repbkic enforce their cell phone policy. Very unprofessional.
