I absolutely love the staff they are so helpful and nice!
One time I got a spray tan, left for Vegas for 5 days (remember only 3 of those days). Through the swimming, sweating and hospital visit for alcohol poisoning, my tan stayed strong. Would 10/10 recommend.
Keizer TR has the most knowledgeable and friendly staff, excellent lotion selection, and is a CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN store. Would recommend this location to anyone.
the store is very clean and has variety of beds which is nice to have available to you. The employees are friendly and willing to help.
Sad customer service's it's like they would have to give their right arm to actually smile or THANK a paying customer ! I'm canceling membership.
They have not fixed their equipment in years, digital boxes on beds flicker don't work, you can't tell how much time was set for you or remaining in bed, buttons don't work to turn off face lamps, etc etc.

I like this store. I have always had a great service from them, but they almost NEVER pick up the phone and have no way to leave a message. This is a negative for me.

Tan republic Keizer is my favorite! The norvell sunless spray booth is the best around! Friendly staff and always a clean store.

Horrible customer service. I bought a while ago spray tans and reg tan session that i was assured would not expire and i could use at anytime. I explained that i traveled and they said no problem they were good until used with no expiration. I was in Texas most of this past year and when i went to go use them the other day i was told they had expired and were no longer in my account that they had been delete. Why would a company delete their information about sales for their company???? I told her that i was told they did not expire and I asked to have the girl call the manager. She told me they were not allowed to call the managers and i would have to email them to get it taken care of. After several days i finally get a response and.....Hello Missie

What kinda of business refuses to speak with someone over the phone or in person??? I have been unable to get this resolved and i am out a couple hundred dollars. I guess i will have no choice but to try and contact my credit card company. Sad that a company would choose such bad customer service. I would not recommend purchasing sessions from them.

Great staff, good beds, reasonable priced. My favorite store by far.
Very clean. Great crew, very friendly and accommodating.. Always have been very happy with Tan Republic tanning beds. Good results. Good management.
