Studio 7 is fabulous. I am a slow learner and not very naturally athletic. I am also a delightfully chunky person. Studio 7 works with my limits and my body and has helped me get really strong! They are extremely inclusive to people who are not thin, including if a move needs to be modified a tad to better suit your body.... more

Great small place with adequate equipment for self motivated types. Love that it's all ladies and not the stench of the larger gyms. Central location is an extra perk!. The staff here is very friendly and it's never too crowded any time I'm here.... more
