Everything at Planet Fitness is clean, works well and is maintained a lot, it seems. Staff is always friendly and courteous, no matter what chaos is going on at the time.

Relaxing non intimidating environment. All the machines show you how to use them so your never going to do it wrong and get hurt or look silly. Very friendly and helpful staff.

So much of the Black card amenities are missing or broken. I know is clean, but the broken things makes this place feel dirty. Like if the owner doesn't give a care about fixing & replacing things why should you give your precious time to use this location, especially when the are so many others in town.
Heed my warning; fix it or you'll lose it.

I get picked on by my buddies who go to Vasa or Genesis because I chose Planet Fitness. I suppose it's what you're looking for but for me Planet Fitness offers everything I need and at less than half the cost of its competitors just down the road. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The place is always very clean and even when crowded doesn't seem uncomfortable. The tanning beds are help for me as well since I rarely have time to hang out outside and get actual son. I've tried the hydro water bed massager which surprisingly was very helpful for my sore muscles. IPay about $24 a month tax included and have access to any Planet Fitness anywhere and I'm able to bring a guest every time.

The total body enhancement machine at 51st and memorial is really relaxing. It has a Vibra shake function. The people working there are friendly and pleasant.

I have enjoy working out at this location. The staff (Edward) and the young lady that has the multi color hair (her smile is infectious) they have always been helpful and friendly. I like to check out the bands when i workout. So I get to chat with the staff. It's important to me to feel welcomed. I see the staff actively cleaning and maintaining the equipment and restrooms. I've been a member of PF for years. Reciently because of my work schedule I've been coming the Memorial location again.I workout at other venues because I like to change things up. But PF is my cornerstone to great health and fitness. Its such a great Value for your overall health. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Applied for a free day pass. Mostly just seeing what location I liked before I got a membership. Was told I had to come in with a member. The daypass regulations said nothing about that and no other gyms have such a stipulation. I then tried another PF location and not a problem. This location needs front desk people who know how to do their job.

Most of the staff here is so unprofessional... They rather be on their phone than restock paper or clean up. The lady here now always has an attitude and is rude with her thirsty ass snowcone weave that looks like she used it to wipe the counters... The morning staff however is polite but the night crew is terrible and lazy

If they fix their Wi-Fi to where Pandora doesn't always buffer and do a thorough clean of the locker room to where it doesn't smell musty all the time I would give it a 5 star but until then 2 stars it is.

I travel a little bit further every day to Make it to this gym. The staff there is outstanding, pleasant and always happy. The only problem that I can see with this place is they do not have standup tanning beds.

This was a nice gym, friendly staff, and clean facility. However the gym had an outdated feel to it though, and the ladies bathroom had old style benches with chips missing out of the benches... Maybe due for a few upgrades but overall I was pleased that there was a Planet Fitness where I was staying.

I love this gym! It's right across the street from my job and everyone is always so friendly and helpful! They keep the place maintained well.

I started going sometime during July and so far my experience has been fantastic! The employees there are friendly and super nice. Every time i come in, the equipment is always clean, and i never see anything dirty or messy which is great! definitely would give more than 5 stars there!!!

I worked out here for a long time. The facilities are always clean. The free-weights are restrictive but that is by design. They are not interested in having people in great shape work out here. Reverse discrimination.

Very disappointed with them so far. Been a member for maybe a week. Went today to work out but was crowded even though my times sheets says wouldn't be at this time. Guy behind the counter was totally unfriendly. Didn't great us and when I asked him about what time would be less crowded he didn't know. So I just asked for my free shirt since water bottles still hasn't came. He asked what size and I said 3x he gave me a large. Not a way to keep my business or be a judgement free zone. I'll be going in tomorrow before I gotta go to work to talk to a manager if they don't treat me better. I'm done

This company is a swindling bunch of crooks! I have been a member for two years. The first year when I tried to get out of my contract they told me it would be a 200 dollar cancellation fee. Whatever, gyms have cancellation fees but this was a flat out lie from an employee. Shame on me for not doing more research. So I let the membership go on another year since I was not wanting to pay 200 to cancel AND was promised they would let me know when annual dues were coming up so I could get out of the contract for free. Well, this was in no way true. When I called to ask why I was charged 44 dollars they told me there were signs everywhere saying that the dues were coming up. This was after I told them I no longer go to their gym so how was I to know that these dues were coming up. Again, shame on me. Should have done my research. I go in today to speak with someone who works there and they say "oh, we will waive the 60 dollar cancellation fee but 22 will come out of your bank account this Friday." I asked why because if they are cancelling my membership how in the world am I still being charged. They told me there's nothing they could do. I'll be disputing this charge with my bank, but moral of this story is planet fitness is unwilling to work with you, has employees that out right lie and don't really care about their customers.

Absolutely, great gym to be a member of. You can't in my opinion beat 19.99 a month for the black card. This includes take a non-member with you anytime you want for and they get to workout for free! I love my membership and would,recommend everyone to join and use this location. Also you get too have access to their tanning beds as well.
