Beware, spoke with the staff apparently tasked with the responsibility of courtesy calls and customer interaction when I received a newly updated debit card around 2 years ago. I stated I no longer needed their facility and would like to cancel. I gave my new card information to settle up the balance. Now 2 years later this has happened again, obviously I should have noticed the monthly charge however the issue is that I requested it be cancelled after the balance was paid. I agreed to sign a month to month agreement orihinally as I understood there was no contract and this was one of the benefits of their company. Now again 2 years of charges without use, I had no problem as it was partially my fault for not noticing and resolving the charge issue. What I do have an issue with as a business owner myself is employees without the couth to refrain from arguing with a customer especially after stating I would send my wife by to resolve the bill and cancel this "no contract" while I'm out of town. I was told there was no way to cancel without being there in person to sign and pay for one more additional month as they have a 30 day notice policy additionally. The two representatives I spoke with were Xavier and Geno I believe they said, and both were persistent that I must again immediately add and update my card information,,,, is it really that hard to understand my reservation to update this information as I was consistently charged previously without my permission. Again I agreed to pay for the last month and current that I'm "behind on" but don't appreciate the backtalk. I'd assume an honest owner would rather their staff be proactive in updating the information they have on file especially if the customer isnt attending or try to persuade a customer tok stay rather than these high pressure tactics just to make a quick buck. Think long term business owners not just short. Apparently this is an ongoing issue as I've found several similar reviews.... so here I am wasting more of my time to write this review as the staff was less than helpful, unapologetic for the misunderstanding and that typical sense of entitlement/EGO seems to be contagious in this particular location. I have hopes that these high pressure tactics aren't universal for all locations. I asked the most recent rep to call not to argue with me as I'll be sending my wife by in person to settle the issue while I'm out of town and don't have time for this call and I'd rather not feel it necessary to leave a Google review ....like a simpleton he continued by stating you're arguing with me, when questioned how, he couldn't answer other than stating he needed to update my card information... hope their life is less stressful than this phone conversation was, it's just not worth it.
