Great gym! Dropped in for a few days for a conference and immediately several people introduced themselves. Coaches were great and the girl behind the counter had me in stitches laughing at points. Great vibe!

My husband and I just graduated from the initial on ramp course last week. Honestly we learned so much. CrossFit gave us the knowledge on lifts that I have been wanting to learn for years. Holly was our primary coach during on ramp and was so great. I was skeptical at first because CrossFit seemed very intimidating. But class after class I gained more knowledge and confidence. It gave us our fitness goals back into our life. Seriously thank you holly and the rest of the team for undeniably amazing coaching skills and workouts!

I was in OKC for a wedding for a friend of mine. Dropped in to CF 405 and immediately felt welcomed. On my second day one of the new members even asked me how long I had been going there :D Thanks all! I had a blast!

This gym is amazing. The trainers get to know you on a first-name basis level. They are caring and they will push you for you to reach your goals.

was visiting OKC to see Family over the new year and dropped-in to CrossFit 405. I emailed them and received a prompt response about how to drop in and what was expected. I showed up early the next day and was greeted by a very friendly coach named, Karen.
I took the noon class and all the athletes were very friendly and the coaching was great. They have clean bathrooms, a separate locker room to store your things, and showers. The gym is big and has all the equipment you could ask for. There's a reasonable drop in fee, or you can buy a t-shirt.
The head coach worked out with us at the noon class and even gave us a lift to the local Lululemon! Super awesome staff and you can tell they have a great community. If you're passing through OKC...this is the gym to go to. If you live in the city...get a membership here..if they have contracts, sign one for a year. This place kicks ass.
I was planning to be in OK City for work and sent emails to two Crossfit affiliate gyms, inquiring on stopping in and attending a workout. I received a prompt reply from one of Crossfit 405 coaches with information on how easy it would be and what was needed from me(only needed to arrive early and sign waiver). I never received a response from the other gym.
When I arrived for the workout, I was greeted immediately by two employees near the front desk. I got signed in and was given a quick tour as well as explained the WOD. They even gave me the option of doing my own workout if I wanted. I agreed to participate in their WOD and was pleased by the family-like environment. The coach pointed me out and greeted me along with the other members. I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable with the group. I found there was more than ample equipment in the gym and it never felt crowded. I even received constant encouragement from the members while completing the WOD.
After only one WOD, I knew I would pick this gym as my home base if I were ever moved to the Oklahoma City area. I only met three coaches, but each greeted me and took an interest in making sure I felt at ease, given I was a stranger to their facility.
This is easily one of the best Crossfit facilities I have ever visited while out of town.

Been to crossfit gyms across Colorado, Oklahoma, and Florida and 405 has been the best...innovative workouts that are worth the drive and whatever warmup you do. Great staff (seriously) and by far the friendliest people. Best place in OKC, easy.
