I travel for work. I go to lots of studios. I look for Power Flow, Yin and Vinyasa style yoga studios when I have time off. I had the pleasure of taking Tina's Sat. morning Flow class. I give it top marks. Everything Flow should be, all C's; Creative, Challenging and Charismatic!
It is a safe easy walk from Brick town area if you are visiting. If you live in Okc. this studio would be an awesome place to become a regular.
