I joined BA Fit Body Boot Camp in January of 2015. I started off slowly, working out 3x/week for the first month, then moved to 5x/week (M - F) for the last six months (as of this writing.) I've lost weight, inches AND I'm becoming increasingly stronger. I go to a very early morning class, and the environment of camaraderie with these women (and a couple of men) has kept me challenged and motivated. These partners in fitness are part of my family now!

The trainers are excellent! They are certified personal trainers, and one of the owners is a certified nutritionist. They genuinely care about helping empower people to transform their lives. They offer help with nutritional meal lists/eating plans in addition to the exercise program. The workouts are intense--it's 35 minutes of boot camp, after all--utilizing body weight exercises, strength training and cardio elements. You burn a lot of calories in that 35 minutes! The trainers also "mix it up" by switching the workouts, exercises and muscle groups around, so you don't ever get bored. YOU WILL BE SORE. Get used to it. It tells you that you've pushed your body hard, and your muscles are in recovery mode. At #BAFitFam, the motto is, "Sore Today, Strong Tomorrow," and that is valid. I tell folks it doesn't get easier, you just get stronger.

Finding BA Fit Body Boot Camp has started me on my journey back to fitness, and I couldn't be more thankful. If you're considering starting your own fitness journey, continuing your journey by pushing yourself to the next level, OR are just looking for a fun but challenging workout "class", I highly recommend Broken Arrow Fit Body Boot Camp!

My favorite place to workout. Everyone is friendly and the workouts change everyday. It makes working out fun. You can't beat a full body 35 minute high intensity workout to get your day started. It's worth every penny.

Great place for a good workout. I joined through Groupon and that was a steal. (6 weeks for $49) Can't beat that price anywhere. I read through the negative comments below and didn't understand them. Trainers are nice and motivating. I could see it being a little intimidating at first because of classes switching but just go up to the desk sign and find a spot on the floor and try not to be late.

I went to try a class, was 5 minutes late, walked in, was not greeted as the class had already started, but was left just standing there, no hi, nothing for awhile, then I went to sign in so I could join the class, the instructor was just giving the breakdown of the exercises for the class. I was told that I could not join the class as it had already started (it was 5 minutes into the class, and no one was even working out at that point, no sweating had even started, so it wasn't like one could not jump in and be just fine), but I was actually relieved because I was disappointed with the environment. The work out area was tiny, the music was way too low and soft to really get anyone motivated. I will stick with my current gym.

Best workout in 30 minutes I've ever had (I burned over 500 calories in one session!). The trainers are very knowledgeable and encouraging. This is a great program for any fitness level, beginner through advanced. The facilities are more than appropriate for your even my HEAVY LIFTING NEEDS (ARRRGGG!). Well worth the membership
