I have been an active member for a long time. Always clean and the staff is helpful. Pool is clean and a basketball court. There is a lot to do for a good price. I have enjoyed the yoga class before covin19 closer.
I was a member here for over a year. I had cancelled my membership expecting not to be charged again. I have it in writing from corporate. I was charged again today after not being charged for 2 months. I tried to call their corporate number but I only got a busy signal. I also reached out on Facebook with no response.
My family and I love Genesis! They have all the best equipment, friendly staff, and provide childcare! The kids always have fun, and my husband and I get to stay healthy!
If you like group classes this is the place for you. They have a class to fit your every need. Instructors are incredibly motivating. They have child care, pool, great array of weights.

They're not honest at all. Never recommend to sign a contract with them.
When they enrolled me (Matt), they didn't tell me the truth on the cancelation policies. after 1.5 years that I went there, I had to move to another state. Then when I asked them to terminate my contract they said I have to give 2 months notice and $100. They said they don't care that i have to move and they don't have Genesis club in the other state. They are not collaborative at all, except when they want to enroll you in the beginning.
Absolutely love this place! I am there about 8 hours a week taking different Group classes and I just can't get enough! Love love love it!
Great gym! I would rate it five stars. But I'm going to have to stay for. Excellent staff everyone's friendly and nice. Sauna and pool! The only reason I'm doing four stars is because the cinema room doesn't constantly have a movie playing when I movie ends they don't press play. So there's no way to start the movie. I know it sounds weird but that's what a cinema room is supposed to do LOL. Great gym
Great machines, pretty good training, but the payment system is very odd. Always charging and reimbursing. Happened 3 times and then the last one didn't get reimbursed. Loved it here.
I joined this gym but the new staff members including the manager all of them are frauds. Never join this gym. They ripped me off. We were 6 people and all of us quit and will never come back.
Be careful with all their policies and the way they treat their members. You sincere lost our business
I used to have a membership with Golds that expired. Went in with girl friend and looked around w staff and took tour of Genesis facility. Then we sat down with staff member to discuss pricing for a year, but after trying to arrive at a simple price, I was given the run around with aprx 1K + yearly enhancement fees, taxes, & enrollment fees, which brought cost up to $1209 for 2 people. When I asked for a print out, staff member refused to give me one with BS copyright excuses? My girl friend and I got up and walked out disgusted & in dismay that a club can operate this way; like cheesy car salesmen in plad suits? Then I get a call from the manager a few days later, who starts asking about my experience there? After explaining the whole experience, he starts playing this good cop bad cop game with me, telling me that his staff member was misinformed, misrepresented Genesis & would be reprimanded. That he could turn this whole thing around give me a much better deal for my girl friend and I & would even give us a few days free. So, he plugs out a figure that was cheaper, but left out all the hidden fees, which he insisted does not count as part of the total annual cost of membership, but yet, I still have to pay these hidden fees? After adding the hidden fees back in against his approval, the total annual cost was about the same as the 1st guy's figures, who was probably sitting next to him, laughing? I hung up feeling like I was being conned by this place and will never return back. They can keep their free passes and stick where the sun doesn't shine!

I will NEVER sign up with Genesis again! A month after I signed up, I found my employer would be moving me out of state in 2.5 weeks. I approached the Genesis with my proof of transfer stating that I was being forced to move states, and I had all the paperwork to prove it. The manager gave me his email and then He never responded to me again. I reached out over and over. AS THEY CONTINUED TO CHARGE ME MONTHLY. A lady finally called me and said that the reason they hadn't canceled my account was because I hadn't paid them $150 more! I told her I had submitted all the paperwork, and she was very rude and refused to help me any further. Now, they had already charged me a start up fee, not one but 2 months of service with no stopping in sight, and I was on property twice in total. After asking to speak to a manager, she gave me the number of the corporate office. I have called repeatedly and they have never returned my calls, and I continue to get charged month after month even though I am not even in the state! This is why I HATE Gyms, and especially this one! I will make sure to tell everyone I know that they do not care about your situation, they will ignore your calls and continue to charge you!

Genesis is the best club in the Tulsa area. If you are serious about working out and getting in shape, look no further than Genesis!

My friend and I have experienced a lot of issues about the monthly transactions. They charged us the wrong amount and they promised to refund the amount to us four times. Gym is clean, pool is nice, all equipment in great condition and in good repair. There are plenty of towels for morning showers and swims, showers clean, bathroom amenities are nice! Kiddos love the Kids Club and I really like the employees. I haven't been in classes yet, but I'm looking forward to trying those. I also love that I can bring guests!

So far I like working out here. Dawn is a master beast in body pump on Sundays. Miranda challenges to be the best and fittest you. So far has been the best trainer. Respectful and helpful, friendly and supportive. Jason thanks for placing me with Miranda.
Clean, very friendly and helpful staff. My child enjoys the kids club. They have all the equipment you need, and have a great variety of classes to go to. Very happy with the gym overall!
This location is always clean and the staff is friendly during the times I go which is from 5-6am. This facility offers all that an individual is looking for to get the most out of a health fitness club. The price is right for the amenities offered. If you haven't found a place yet, Genesis Health Club will provide a well rounded health and fitness lifestyle you desire.
Since Genesis took over I have absolutely loved going to the gym! It is so comfortable and welcoming and they are willing to work with you in anything you ask! The ladies workout room at the Memorial location is absolutely amazing. Its comfortable and quiet! The classes are so much fun and the Cardio Cinema is AMAZING!! I love going to the pool and hot tub after a workout to relax. Then to top it all the locker rooms are SOOOO nice. Recently started new classes and they are so energizing!
The equipment is kept up better at this location. Weekend hours suck. Kid area is great.
Actual exercise facilities are nice, but the shower I used had barely a trickle of barely warm water. And, even that was overpowering the drain. I was standing in a puddle of water due to apparently clogged drain. Expensive compared to other clubs in town and requires a year contract. No thanks.
Everyone who works there is helpful! The people at this location are all nice. Have never had anything to complain about.
Recently joined last month and I love it so far! Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their personal training staff does a great job tailoring to each person's fitness level and they truly care about the client's goals. Other gyms in town may be more aesthetically pleasing, but the inviting atmosphere just doesn't compare! Great gym and affordable!
