Before my first aerials class at TCA, I introduced myself to the other people waiting to warm up. Each one was supportive, welcoming, and *literally* cheered me on during class as I stood on a trapeze for the first time. Months later, TCA has become one of the most important places in my life, and those same people still cheer for me every time I get on an apparatus. The gym's instructors are amazing -- Cirque resumes and all. I progress in my skills every single week because of their instruction. Safety is emphasized, and the gym is well-equipped. But the best thing about TCA, by far, is the community. Everyone is welcome. Everyone is cheered for. We come to play, to delight in the fun of circus, to work our bodies to the point of utter exhaustion and laugh together as we do it. It's the most intense exercise I've done, maybe ever, and I couldn't be happier about it.
I booked a private event for a team building event. This was so much fun! Our instructor, Kerry, helped us form a human pyramid and learn a few skills on the silks. We all had a great time and I would recommend this to anyone looking for an outside the box team builder. So much more fun than a dinner out!
Talented teachers (male and female), world class equipment. Safe environment for all.
You have to love Triangle Circus Arts! I did intro to circus with Kerry and had an awesome time trying out tumbling, handstands, partner acrobatics, trapeze, juggling, silks, etc. I have been doing intro to aerials with Lily for several months and love learning all kinds of new things. All of the instructors are encouraging and positive, and there's really something for people of all ages and abilities. I've never seen anyone not having tons of fun in a class here.

Friendly staff and the most extensive arial and circus equipment in the area.

My daughter loves her classes here! The instruction has really made her stronger and given her more confidence!
I train here most days. I've taken aerial silks, trapeze, lyra, contortion, hand balancing, active flexibility, tumbling, and circus conditioning. The instructors are top-notch. In particular, Katie (silks) and Michelle (tumbling) are fantastic at breaking complex movements into a progression that makes them understandable and approachable. These folks are upbeat, positive, encouraging, and professional. The rigs are high enough to do partner works and complex drops, higher than most others in the area. Equipment is cleaned frequently. Safety is prioritized from the quality and quantity of mats to the spotting and teaching styles. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Awesome place to run away and join the circus! Whether you are brain new and want to dip your toe in, or a seasoned aerialist or acrobat Triangle will meet you where you are at. Don't miss out on the chance to train in this wonderful space :)
I talked to Kerry and he knows a lot and lots of experience. Would recommend for a good work out or just for fun.
