Took a Girl's Night Aerial Yoga class with Hoa, it was an amazing class and she is an amazing teacher ! So much fun, would recommend to any one of all levels. I left feeling relaxed yet energized.... more

Nice class not sure if I would do it Again. Nice studio in a great location. Not a studio I would recommend for beginners, but I would be interested in checking them out again once I build up to it.... more

Best pilates/yoga studio around. I tried my very first aerial yoga class and it was fantastic. The teachers are fabulous and take their time with you. classes range from slow and basic to this is the best workout I've had in a while.... more
