Took a Girl's Night Aerial Yoga class with Hoa, it was an amazing class and she is an amazing teacher ! So much fun, would recommend to any one of all levels. I left feeling relaxed yet energized.
Cary Hot Yoga is a beautiful studio with excellent, non-intimidating and supportive instructors. I have been taking yoga classes here since the studio opened three years ago and really love it here!
This studio is top notch and Hoa is an outstanding instructor. I live in Virginia and did a drop in class and it was the highlight of my trip. The air quality and heat in the hot room was perfect. Great parking and easy to find. I've practised Bikram for over ten years and have been to many studios, I wish Cary Hot Yoga was in my home town. Best, James

I love this place. The atmosphere gives me that feeling of coming home to family after a long trip. I started coming here because I hurt my shoulder doing crossfit and then had to switch to just weight training but I still had a hard time lifting. After just a few classes here my shoulder is healing and I am lifting heavier than before and feel great. I owe it to the owner Hoa she is very welcoming and knowledgeable. She truly cares and is very passionate about her yogis well being .She creates a comfortable space to listen to your body and accept were your at but also encourages you to push yourself to be a little better, while having a lot of fun. So if you're looking for a yogi family to improve your health and life this is it!!! And also there is free ice :)

My best friend and I went for a beginners aerial yoga class. It was amazing. It was relaxing and fun. The instructor made it very easy to follow along and she was really sweet. I definitely recommend trying a class, we are now planning a party here and I'll be back to try the Pilates class. It's a great place.
The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The place is always kept clean. The price I pay to go is worth the great yoga workout experience that I get. Would encourage anyone to try it out.
I absolutely love this studio. The owner and instructors are great about taking the time to explain poses, what you are supposed to be stretching, what muscles you are supposed to be engaging etc. These classes help with my back pain and insomnia. The facility in very clean and in a great location.
I have encountered a welcoming community of amazing people (students, instructors, owners) at Cary Hot Yoga at various classes throughout the week. The variety of classes is perfect and the intuitive instructors tailor support to individual student needs. Different classes allow for both play and serious practice. The studio itself is beautiful and modern with luxurious bathrooms with showers...not to mention the coolest ice/water machine in the lobby!
Small classes, kind people, great yoga, room temp. is perfect (it's not luke warm, but you're also not keeling over just laying down), they help you find the perfect posture (will suggest minor adjustments during your practice), the ice rocks (for those who have been there you know- it does), the classes aren't packed, they won't lock you out...honestly it's a very warm (no pun intended) yoga studio.

Love this studio. The studio is gorgeous with high ceiling. Lovely entrance area. Hall way filled with art work. Their hot room is huge with pedant lights. They provide a varieties of yoga class types even including QiGong and Aerial yoga. The staffs are friendly and extremely helpful. Their pricing is reasonable compared to other yoga place in the area. I strongly recommended. Drop in fee is similar to other Hot Studio in the area. New students can try out various classes for $20 for 7 consecutive days - This also includes one aerial yoga class. Come check this studio. Strongly recommended!
