Nice class not sure if I would do it
Again

Nice studio in a great location. Not a studio I would recommend for beginners, but I would be interested in checking them out again once I build up to it. My boyfriend and I attended an all levels class. I expressed beforehand that this was his first class and that I'm still pretty new. The class was wonderful, but went far too fast for a beginner. I had to tap my boyfriend on the shoulder a few times to prevent him from mirroring the owner Colin who was attending the class with us, to prevent injury. Even having attended classes previously myself, I didn't not feel comfortable with the pace.

I saw on their schedule that they offer the occasional level 1 class, but as a beginner and with easing my boyfriend into yoga, I feel more comfortable finding a studio that works at a slower pace with more beginner class availability. Would love to come back here once I'm in a better place for it.

Colin has a great studio. I have been going now for 3 years and can definitely see the difference in my practice. I always feel comfortable and welcomed in the studio. Each instructor has a slightly different flow however, they are all brilliant!

Cary Flow Yoga has become my yoga home. The studio's owner, Colin, has introduced me to the discipline and rigor of Vinyasa Yoga, and at CFY, I've improved upon my alignment, flexibility, and balance. Additionally, an authentic sense of community is fostered there in a way that keeps you coming back for more!

I've never loved yoga the way I've begun to as a result of my time at CFY. You should join a class today--even if you're a new yogi like me!

Cary flow yoga is a best place to start your yoga yāna or continue the one you already have. Being fairly new to yoga I was not certain how much i would like yoga v/s krav maga or kick boxing (which is what I have been practicing for a while). I started 3 months ago and fell in love with yoga and this studio. The teachers are absolutely great. They offer different level classes and guide you through your abhyasa how to get to a pose (for different level practice students) or extend a pose.
Colin and Diala are my most most favorite yogis. I enjoy their classes the most. They both know the Sanskrit name for asana and use the Sanskrit names, which impressed me the most.

I have tried several area yoga studios, seeking one that offered flow classes with hands-on instructor guidance. I settled on Cary Flow Yoga, which is a warm, friendly yoga home. I arrive looking forward to my class, am filled with joy throughout (even during challenging poses and sequences), and leave feeling lighter, stronger, and better for having taken that time out for myself. All of my instructors have been excellent, but I am especially glad that Victoria teaches my favorite class.

I am new to the yoga world and love all that Cary Flow Yoga has to offer. As a newbie, I was intimidated but the CFY instructors made me feel right at home. The classes are challenging and each instructor brings their own unique twist to each class. You will leave feeling physically and mentally stronger.

Cary Flow Yoga is my favourite place in the Research Triangle.
We relocated to Cary six months ago for my husband's job.
Gratitude is the theme at Cary Flow Yoga ... I am grateful for everyone at Cary Flow Yoga and I feel they like me, too.

Every time I walk into the studio, I am greeted with a warm welcome.
The teachers at Cary Flow Yoga know their stuff. The studio is super pretty. The energy is powerful, yet, it's tranquil and, it's super clean.

The owner, Colin Russell, has set up a wonderful place for students
of all levels to practice together, and, he is accessible as he is usually
on site in the studio.
Colin's cheerfulness and dedication to making yoga accessible to everyone is evident when he greets the students, when he takes the classes and when he teaches classes.

Since moving from upstate NY I have struggled to find the right studio to call home. I was so accustomed to a totally integrative, challenging, and fun class that both fit my schedule and gave me the benefits my body needs. Once I found Cary Flow Yoga and took one of Colin's classes- I was hooked! His instruction is great and the sequences are well thought out and offer enough flexibility for various levels to feel comfortable in the same class. I am hoping to begin teacher training with Colin next year so that I can start contributing to this awesome community. Can't say enough about this place!

For my first class, I got there early and ended up speaking with the owner, Colin, for a few minutes. I was impressed that the owner took time out of what he was doing in to show me around, ask about my experience with yoga, and welcome me to the space.

The Intro to Flow class was small and challenging. Sometimes I feel "not zen enough" for yoga, but Colin was engaging and inclusive as an instructor, so I left feeling accomplished and refreshed.

If you want a low-key workout that will still challenge you, Cary Flow Yoga is definitely the place to roll out your mat.
