When I opened my membership, I asked about freezing for few months and they told me it can be reserved even I didn't call back to freeze my membership in that month. However, there were no freezing and few months later, there were no more person who helped my membership open, so they could not refund. Also, I cancelled my membership the end of November verbally, when I went there, they didn't tell me about the policy, anything about the cancellation forms, they just told me it is cancelled, it will be finished within 30 days. HOWEVER, I paid 6 months more after I told them to cancel, and also annual fees. When I called with manager, he promised me to refund for 4 transactions include annual fee instead of 6 transactions. But, he never refund the money back, and didn't pick up my call again. When I dispute this situation, they just keep telling me to prove my cancellation. People who want to use this gym, please check the cancellation forms or the proof after you cancel. They are just the worst company I've ever been in my whole life. I recommend not to go here ever.
