I have known the master teacher for over 10 years due to the fact that I was his delivery guy.... I do not leave in the area where the school is so I didn't send my kid there but I have watch the school grow over the years and just fell in love with the way they are with the kids always respectful and loving and main thing is that they teach them.... more

Friendly staff, very spacious facility and provides parking which can be quite challenging in Hoboken. Great gym - everyone, staff and customers are very nice and welcoming. Staff is great with helping all kinds of people achieve their fitness goals - and they make it fun!... more

I purchased a yoga class with body scrub and massage on groupon it was amazing, the yoga instructor was very alert with everyone making sure our poses were in good form. The body scrub was great they took there time in scrubbing every part of the body and the massage was just soothing, peaceful and so relaxing, the masseuse was amazing she listened well when told her to be careful with my lower back.... more
The place was tons of fun, I went to the adult circus class there was a ton to do. Oliana and the other instructors were all really nice and all the students were friendly and helpful as well so it was a great environment for fun and learning.... more

Mentally and physically you will see growth from this gym, after a month of going I seen great progress. The coach is great! Very good teacher with experience so if you want to start at a gym I would highly recommend checking into this one.... more
