I've been a member of Planet Fitness for years, and have been to multiple locations in New Jersey and New York. This is by far the cleanest and biggest one I've been to. It actually makes me want to come here and work out! Plenty of parking all the time (it's on the bottom floor and shares only with the Chuck E. Cheese).

Early morning, late at night doesnt matter. Little few gyms when they Really let you be. Unless you grew up in the area them is always a familiar face around lol

Good pricing, not pushy, great employees and managers are top notch. Joe runs a great location. They were closed for a bit but now back open and have not skipped a beat.

I joined in the midst of June and I was very content with my experience at Planet Fitness. All the staff was very friendly and made sure to greet each one of the customers that was walking in and out. They do have air conditioner but its not as strong as I wish it was. The only thing that I wish they have is a special place for us to play jump rope. Ladies bathroom and locker's room is very clean. And oh yes, they even have a chart made of an estimate time of the rush hour. Much appreciated.

They do have air conditioner but its not as strong as I wish it was. The only thing that I wish they have is a special place for us to play jump rope. Ladies bathroom and locker's room is very clean. And oh yes, they even have a chart made of an estimate time of the rush hour. Much appreciated.

There is no gym better than planet fitness..A very clean establishment...all equipment is working properly, very helpful and friendly staff, free wi_fi, open 24/7, bathrooms are well maintained, showers available and with warm water not like some places that have cold water only..the perfect atmosphere to sweat out those calories...get your sexy on with planet fitness where there is no judgement...love it!!!

This brand is already associated with jacked-upness. The hood in a gym. Never changes, whether you go to the Bronx location or this one, still the same people.

This place is usually clean and can be crowded during peak hours 8am-11am 5pm-830pm... my problem with this location is the staff. They are constantly changing front desk staff. Every time i call, its a new person. Im constantly getting put on hold to resolve payment issues and put on hold when asking questions. It seems to me that the staff is constantly changing about every 3-4 months or so. That is my only issue. Otherwise, good location to bang your workout out

First thing I didn't like is the stretching area did not have anything to use to stretch with accept your legs. Also they didn't have enough equipment compared to most planet fitness the people that have also there wear not using dumbbells 20 25 and 40 pounds in front of them and nobody put them back so people assumed that they were just using them meanwhile people waiting to use them waited 10 min then realizing they where not using them then asked another words there's no respect for the gym putting stuff back nore a staff member who steps in to direct those individuals that don't have gym edicate that most gyms have . not really happy with this gym probably never going back to the specific location

Not a bad PF at all. Has tons of space and equipment compared to the one in Hoboken. Worth being a black card member. Only bad part is the locker room was dirty.

Poor service. Staff turned away several times with memberships. Never processed any letters sent to cancel membership. I highly recommend looking at a different gym.

I just joined the gym. Unfortunately left my purse in the bathroom. As I walked out, I noticed. I went to inquire at the front desk and the employee badge read Queen Michelle was EXTREMELY RUDE. Her mood stinks all around, NOT FRIENDLY. Definitely not someone you want to see 1st thing in the AM ready to workout. She said, you just noticed instead of being sympathetic. Of course, I was missing my money. Employees like her ruin a business name. The company should be more mindful when hiring young people.

Terrible gym. After supposedly having cancelled my membership they insist I owe them over $200 in monthly dues. The place is basic; the equipment isn't great. You can't even do proper squats or bench presses since all the barbells are attached to the machines. Bad gym and TERRIBLE Management. I'm much happier paying a higher premium with great service at L.A. Fitness.

I am writing this review to vent my absolute disgust with your entire franchise. I absolutely deplore your so called gym. Your organization is a total fraud and does nothing to but Judge it's members, as a black card member who has to travel and use various gyms ,I think it's disgusting to have the nerve to ask 5 dollars to train in your flop houses of judgement if you visit a gym more than 10 times a month . Your equipment is a joke, your staff members and trainers are absolutely useless as well who know nothing when asked a question. I find your members to be absolutely rude and thougtless as well. Nobody asks if a piece of equipment is being used ,they simply wonder around like sheep with their headphones and cell phones wasting their time taking selfies and talking on the phone with friends. Your lunk alarm is a total joke and your outfit does nothing but judge anyone who doesn't look like a weak loat sheep. Your trainers stand around and watch as paying members look like complete idiots on the equipment doing every exercise absolutely incorrectly. It's truly disgusting. You should learn how to help the lost and wondering fools not promote their ignorance of training . Today I just had to walk out and get away from the horror that is planet of the sheep. I've been in several of your horrible fitless centers but yours is by far the worst. You should all be ashamed of yourselves and your workplace . Your a sham and a bunch of hippo,,crits!!! If you have any respect for yourself or if you want to learn how to train DO NOT TRAIN IN THIS PLACE!!! It's not worth 10 dollars a month let alone 20 for a black card. Thank God there is a Golds near by and I was able to get away from your joke of a so Called fitness center. Not a single barbell,bench,squat rack,lateral shoulder machine,shrugging machine,heavy dumbells,plate loaded back machine or any other plate loaded machine. All your facility does IS JUDGE!!! AN ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING ABOMINATION OF WHY MOST AMERICANS LOOK THE WAY THEY DO!!! GOD help you if you train there and waste your money . Join a gym and learn how to train and not waste your money and time. A total waste!!! And god forbid you hire anyone who has any knowledge or can even attempt to speak the English language. BEWARE, gym not secure, my phone was stolen there and management were not professional and did not care to help and check security cameras, they claimed that cameras do not cover gym floor which is strange and alarming. Main manager or member relations director Gregory Laughlin did not care to talk to me, or accept to check security cameras, and claimed that their security cameras do not cover the gym floor.. Imagine a gym facility without security cameras, so god forbid if you are sexually assaulted, injured, or stolen, police cannot check the details of the incident or identify any suspect, and that what happened with me..as a basic gym facility I have no negative comments, and the staff I interacted with are friendly, I did not expect the warmest welcome ever as they claim on their welcome email..the assistant manager Shyane was very nice and tried to help me but she needed management approval to check the cameras with the police, and management as I mentioned earlier denied my request, they do not want staff to waste time with customers on things they are not responsible for, as if the gym reputation, and safety is not their responsibility. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
