I did the 30 days for $30 and that was a great deal! They offer towels (2 big towels and face towel) and a yoga mat for $5. You can rent a lock in exchange for your ID. They have a place to hang your coat, dress, shirt (you don't want to get wrinkled), small compartment for your shoes, bag for your wet clothes. They have showers with soap only (no hair conditioner), they have a blow dryer, brush, lotion, and qtips. It gets a little crowded during the busy 5-7pm classes, so try to go early morning or during the day. They learn your name right away and are motivational throughout the whole class. And they will call you out if you're slacking on a pose. And do not drink water during postures!! You'll def feel like a kid in a class again but in a good way! I will def sign up when I finally move to NYC! Oh i went to Flatiron location. :)
