If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They charge you a maintenance fee 2 months after subscribing and then every 6 months after that - that means that your regular $25 membership charge turns into $40 at least twice a year. Not to mention, you can't cancel online or over the phone - you have to do it in person. This wouldn't be a problem if I was in the freaking state, but I'm an out-of-state college student. Why am I paying so much for a service that I can't use, and that isn't even that great when I do use it?! So far, I've paid around $100 to this establishment, and I couldn't be saltier about it. It sucks that this place is the most visible and accessible gym in the Heights area, but even still, I don't recommend it. Use that $100 to get yourself some home gym equipment, buy a nice temperature-controlled water bottle, queue up a couple youtube workout videos, and I swear to you that will be a better experience than Lucille Roberts.
