The young lady at the front desk likes to play around with the cancellation policy, she is very rude, she sends happy face emojis like it is some kind of game when she should be assisting customers with billing issues. (please see other reviews for confirmation), when in seriousness your account is being charged $47, plus an additional $10. Also, they will continue to string you along and make it punitive to cancel your account. There is a 45 day cancellation policy, so you will continue to receive additional bills even when not using the gym/ after you have canceled your account. People take their money seriously and to have to tell a company in 6 different ways that you do not want their services and for your membership to be canceled and they do not have any regard for your request and continue billing you without authorization is absurd. There cancellation policy along with their worker will string you along like it is a game If you ever come across billing issues with them, call your bank immediately.
