The best kendo club on its 40th year! Kataoka Sensei is the best teacher who obviously knows what he is talking about. From adolescents to seniors, kendo is ageless. I still remember starting four years ago with my daughter who wasn't even 10.... more

This community health and fitness center has recently opened and is well worth joining. Its so hard to get out and do something for your health regularly, especially in the winter, I really need a place where people care whether I get there or not! Harlem Wellness has fun and friendly classes and Vivian makes a point to get to know all the members, so she helps keep me committed.... more

Love their clothes. Excellent selection of merchandise. Everything is super well organized as if was a regular retail store. You can pick up $60-$70 tanks starting at $19 . Staff is super helpful.... more

IT is the best gym, compared to RK BODY AND SOUL.. I always come out of these classes feeling like I got a great tone. Pace is great, not intimidating for a first-timer, and there are always options to make things harder or modify.... more
