Came to try kundalini yoga, and felt very welcomed and accepted by the environment and staff. Really great place to take care of yourself and go within in a safe and supported positive way.

I came here for an amazing sound healing! Beautiful clean space, very high quality session. They have a wide variety of classes hosted by guests and also community members. Super grateful to have this in the neighborhood.
