I attended a class here when I was a member of ClassPass and right off the bat, I appreciated not being treated like a 'groupon-er' when I arrived! The class size was small which made for a lot of one on one attention from the instructor. She was very knowledgeable and explained the exercises very well. I have to admit, the front of the shop didn't give me much faith - kind of looks like a grandma's tea room, but the equipment is in great shape and I got a great workout!
