It works!.I do the 5:30am class because I have 2 school age kids that have plenty of homework and extracurricular activities to keep us busy in the evenings. I love these classes! This is hands down the best way to start the day! I go to work ready for my day knowing that I made the time necessary to keep myself in shape already before most people are even waking up! The coaches here are fully invested in helping to push you to be the best you every time you show up and I consider them to be friends! I have tried gyms and "fad" exercise classes and on and on and on, and NOTHING has ever given me better results physically, mentally and spiritually than this experience has been.... more
