If you want a complete workout that's enjoyable and really tones you up, then this is the best place in Albuquerque to find it. The instructors are great, the workouts are hard but make you feel accomplished. I love doing Barre then a spin class. It's all I need!

I have worked out for most of my life. Until recently I thought the only way to get in good shape was through running and lifting weights. I have had a few knee surgeries and wanted to find something that wouldn't be so hard on my joints. In the past few months working out at Body Language I feel better than I have in a long time. Between the Barre, spin, and yoga classes I not only feel more flexible but I also have an easier time when I do go running. I also feel stronger and even though there are no weights it seems to get more challenging the more you go. I have been very impressed with all of the instructors and would recommend everyone try a class.

I attended a bodybarre class at Body Language taught by Valerie Compton and I could not have been more pleased with the experience. Valerie is a fantastic personal trainer, but past that I really admired the way she has her business set up. She was friendly and professional, and she really took the time to make the new faces in the class feel welcomed. I like to sample a lot of different classes and studios and at too many places the instructor/owner will schmooze with the familiar faces and shrug off the new folks which I find really off-putting.

The class was appropriately intense; she really gets you sweaty and working hard, and by the end you will be sore! But it's all worth it. Definitely check this place out!

The barrefusion method is the next best thing to one-on-one personal training, for a fraction of the cost. Class size is limited and the instructor is able to constantly roam the room and make sure everyone is doing the movement correctly. You can't help but get in really good shape. I have worked out all my life, but this is the only workout that has really gotten my both sides of my body equally strong. It's really fun if you love the motivation and energy of working out with a group. The instructors clearly love their job and the workout is contagious and addicting!

It's like the best of yoga, pilates, ballet, and some strength training combined. You'll work your legs until they shake, followed by a nice stretch to keep your muscles long and lean. It's addicting!
