Super friendly staff, always has equipment available to use, I love the free pizza day. Fun place to workout and convenient. Also has lockers to put your things.

We are a couple that loves to work out and they treat us like we're friends... we feel very comfortable going to work out here.. no pressure... feels like a second home to work out at. All the right equipment for total gym experience!

I've been black card member for almost a year, the place is been updating and under remodel for few months which is very convenient but besides that I think so Planet Fitness would have to keep at least one location open 24 hrs during the weekends so those members whom work long periods during the week can go and excerzise. Personally I work long periods and do side work and can't go everyday but when I have the time for doing it is close or have just little time to. If I stop working won't be able to pay my membership so it would be nice if PF keeps one of its location open 24 hrs during the weekends in the Albuquerque area , doesn't matter if it's not near by my neighborhood I would be happy to go anyways

Just moved to ABQ less than a month ago... I guess ABQ PF doesn't believe in scales *sad face* however it is the ONLY PF in ABQ which has the PF360 machine and kettle balls for circuit training. Super clean and renovated with current machines. This is my GO TO PF.

This used to be MY FAVORITE PLACE TO WORKOUT , for years. NOW IT SUCKS! They did a clean sweep of staff with the management change. What that did was screw them. 1) the place is disgusting. Mirrors are gross, floors are gross, bathrooms are gross, tanning booths are gross. I make 2 gym visits a day, for 2+ hours. The old staff cleaned NON STOP. 2) Staff clearly doesn't workout, so they are ZERO use to the patrons who don't know how to use the equipment. 3) Simple acknowledgment is out the window. Staff doesn't greet you, say have a good workout, or have a good day when you leave. They scan your card and that's it IF THEY HAPPEN TO BE AT THE COUNTER. I plan on canceling my 10 year membership. I'll pay more for better service any day of the week.

The 2 stars are for the tanning beds ONLY. The staff and gym are great. Now, I realize this isn't a tanning salon, but the standards still exist. I've asked numerous times for the staff to clean them. There are health standards for tanning beds people! I can see tanning oil, footprints, hair (yuck!), and trash. I found the "this bed has been sanitized" sign on the floor, in all the dirt. See it for yourself, with the tanning light on, and the doors to the bed, opened. Please fix this! It's disgusting. And just because you're getting a tanning bed remodel, doesn't mean that standards don't still apply.

Go to this planet fitness multiple times a week. Desk staff is always helpful and friendly. Even when it's busy there is enough equipment available to get a good workout in

Good gym. The place is always clean and the staff helpful. This location can get a bit crowded around 6pm, but that's pretty typical of most gyms I've been to in town.

Staff not as friendly as other locations. Shower heads are terrible, no pressure. Replaced with cheap shower heads. Gibson location is way better.

Was a member a few years back, was just reminded why I switched to Sports and Wellness. Picked up a free one day trial pass from my local coffee spot. When I presented it this AM, I was told I had to pay twenty dollars to use the facilities. Don't know if the employee was new or just didn't have his coffee as he spilled it when I walked in. Dissatisfied and disappointing that my free pass wasn't accepted. # GrrrMondays

No Goon Zone. Full equipped exercise areas. Weights, (free and Machine,) Cardio, Stair climbers, Treadmills, Massage beds and Chairs. I can't really speak about showers and restroom facilities since I prefer to use my own at home. Staff always been good to me, but its apparent I will be there for the rest of my life trying to lose weight.

Definitely one of the better planet fitness gyms. It's pretty large and spacious. Has a ton of machines and a section for free weights. It is always packed though parking is difficult and waiting on machines is not cool. Could use a bit larger area for calisthenics.

I love this place, they keep it very sanitized. They wore very quick to see if I was ok when I feal off one of the machines. But I do think some of the rules are unfair and use less, like the person how pays for the member ship gets to use the massage "bed" but not the guest and you can't bring any more then 2 guests at a time.

We travel and have to many Planet Fitness' this one by far is the worst. Hydrobeds broke, bathrooms are disgusting, cold showers. If you live here take a stand and demand an upgrade. Albuquerque New Mexico lives matter too... yes I'm judging!

Previous management kept the place clean up to date and maintained all equipment but now under new management just went down hill, moved everything around. Bad area to do stretching its in the walking area, restock towels, refill spray bottles and clean the bathrooms.
It Don't take 4 employees to be behind the desk while other things need to be met!!

It's cheap but has more than enough for most people. They don't have barbells and plates, just Smith machines but it's good enough for 95% of people and the price is right.

The gym has all the basics except one very necessary component and that is customer service. I have been working out at this gym for a couple months and have consistently witnessed employees and management fail to even ackwoledge many members who are coming and going. Many times you will notice groups of staff members hanging out at the front desk leaning and chatting but what is disturbing is that you see the members saying hello or goodbye to the staff and sometimes getting ignored in the process. Everyone seems really checked out compared to the other gyms I've been to in town.
