I just love this gym. It's a killer work out, but more than that Kelly and her husband, Jesus, are excellent personal trainers. I started coming to this gym about a year and a half ago, and did the conditioning camp to improve my tennis fitness. The biggest change in my body occurred when I joined the weight lifting camp about 6 months ago. These work outs have truly transformed my body for the better. I love coming in with an empty head and being shown work out (series of super sets) to do on my own for that day. I just finished a 2 week challenge where I was given a diet and workouts. I lost body fat, real weight, increased lean muscle and it was fun. Come! I would recommend this gym to anyone.
