I always love going to Julia's hot yoga classes. You are greeted with a smile and instruction is top notch! The most reasonable prices as well! I've been a member since it's inception.

Perfect place for a beginner. Environment is what i needed: clean, accepting and nurturing. Excellent instructors and easy camaraderie. Location and parking also perfect along with class schedules and price.

Love Forever Yoga! Julia and the other instructors are wonderful. At the age of 52 hot yoga at this studio has helped my flexibility and has jump started my 25 lb weight loss. The heat plus humidity in class makes my creaky joints feel 10 years younger. The essential oil mists during class and the cold washcloth on your forehead at the end set it apart from another studio I've been too.

Thank God we found this studio. Julia is an amazing instructor and is such a motivation. The studio is beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. They offer so many class options and also do donation classes to help with community needs. Best studio in ABQ hands down.

Best yoga studio in town. Clean...very clean, and great price. Staff is the most helpful compared to other studios as well.

Forever yoga is an amazing studio with great staff!!! I always feel so much better after I leave one of Julia's forever flow classes. Great for all levels of experience.
