BEWARE: This store is a scam. The sales people took my 85 year old grandmother to their BACK ROOM after pushing $300 worth of product on her and told her they wanted to buy her a plane ticket to go to New York with them as a model if she bought $2,000 more product. She felt extremely uncomfortable and pressured to stay in the room and had to wait until they walked out of the back room to grab her stuff and hurry out. My grandmother is now TERRIFIED to go back to the mall and they will not refund the $300 worth of crappy product that they sold her. Taking advantage of the elderly is not okay and they should be shut down for their sales tactics.

I have been a loyal customer with this company for 4 years now. & let me say the products are AMAZING!!! Also I enjoy my facial treatments as well. If you looking for high end skin care products don't look no further. Easy friendly scheduling. The sales representative are very well educated about skin. And last my skin is beautiful. I highly recommend Gold Elements!
I have very very sensitive skin and can't use just anything. At first when I was getting stopped, i felt it was a little aggressive, but then i started trying the products and I absolutely love them!!!! There basic skin care is beyond amazing and leaves the skin so super soft.I also decided to try a couple items from there anti- aging line as well. Wow you can see the effects instantly and since I've been using them they've gotten better by the day. As for my uneven skin tone, i can't believe what a difference of a few weeks using there peel and cleansers has done!!!!! Thanks so much Gold Elements !!!!!!
Sales people are just waiting for you to walk by like vultures (Saying they have a free gift, it's a hook of course). You kindly decline tell them "No thanks" but they keep pushing. Shame on me for giving in. After showing me, and trying to sell me the product, again I declined. At that point the sales representative had a change of attitude. He was ill-mannered and just rude. He basically told me to take a hike and that I wasted his time. Thanks for a wonderful experience , Luciano. Better luck next time! NM store is fake friendly, once you say "No" beware you might get bit. I am not the one who approached him and to be treated in such a manner is just plain disrespectful. Not professional at all, no morals, no ethics. For those reasons alone I would never consider making a purchase nor stepping into a Gold Elements store. Regardless of how fantastic the product could be.

Avoid this place at all costs. The men that work there are so pushy to the point where I felt like I was being held against my will. The guy asked me to step inside while he went to get me a sample. I thought he was going to hand me a package and before I knew it he was slathering cream all over my face without even asking if it was ok. He ruined my makeup right before I was going to an event. The sales tactics these people use makes people want to run not stay and buy stuff.
