Such a fun and loving place to be and to get the best nutrition in ABQ! The owner is so amazing! Lemon tea with cranberry aloe is so yummy!!!!!

Looking for a place to change your life, this place is amazing, they have the most helpful and kind wellness coaches. A group of passion and wholehearted spirits who are hands on to guide you threw you health and fitness journey. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to take there daily nutrition habits, fitness level or mindset to a whole ew level. Great tasting products and a place that feels like home when you walk threw the door. I lost over 30 pounds and gained 17 pound of lean muscle... I feel amazing!!!

WOW! Shape Up is my second home. The energy there is so contagious! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. Definitely try the cafe latte shake and the cinnamon pomegranate tea!! YUM!
