SAGA feels like a 2nd home, the environment is very uplifting and the space is inviting. I enjoy the couches to relax and the exercise equipment upstairs when I'm not enjoying the couch. The adult fitness classes are super fun and motivating for all ages, I'm not a fit person but feel good after a workout because the instructor makes it fun and rewarding. The birthday parties also are amazing my son has had several there and has a blast including parents, it fun for all ages. Erin and Nannette do an amazing job keeping the place organized and staffed. Love You all.

This Gymnastics company is very unorganized. The owner was very rude when I tried signing up my son and i would highly recommend Gold Cup Gymnastics my son is doing way better over here at Gold cup

Staff is rude and unprofessional. Being a gymnastics school, I expected the staff to be good with kids. I was very wrong. Terribly disappointing.

We love SAGA Gymnastics. My son and daughter had very good experiences there, and we took classes there for 8-9 years. Thanks for being a part of my son & daughter's development!

Ridiculous! They say they offer a scholarship yet when I applied my daughter was denied because my INCOME WAS NOT ENOUGH to recieve the Scholarship?? What a joke and how discouraging for people who actually think they have a chance.

Took my son there this morning for the open gym with parents. It's 30 minutes and kids and their parents run around and play on the different equipment. Class started 5 minutes late, no biggie I figured they'd extend it a little. Nope. Also there was a lady there running around telling people what not to do or play with or swing etc. They are toddlers, relax. She wasn't rude, but it felt like a lifeguard blowing a whistle for anything. Eagle eyes lady was the only one that was jumping on people while the other staff were hanging out and encouraging. I understand equipment needs to be used properly for safety reasons, but my 30 lb son is not going to get injured playing on rings with mats everywhere.

(Note new location.) I booked a Junior Birthday Party at SAGA for my 5 year old's party. We were welcomed with a large sign, and had time before the party to set up. There were plenty of tables with tablecloths and chairs. Guests ranged from 2 - 9 years old, both boys and girls with varying gymnastic experience. The coaches were friendly and kept the kids busy and entertained so adults could sit and relax, or take pictures. One parent even got her work-out in during the party at the designated adult area. Coaches made sure kids washed hands before time for cake. Balloons were provided. Parents bring cake, food, favors, and tableware. Except I forgot, and the staff saved me with some plastic forks they had on hand. It was nice to be able to invite the whole class and siblings, not need to clean up and child-proof my home for guests, and have no worries about occupying the children. Thanks for a low-stress, super fun party.

My daughter has been coming here since her big brother was in diaper daredevils and she is now in the preschool class and loves it. She wants to be a gymnast. The coaches are very kind and approachable and I love the focus on safety.

This place came very highly recommended but it ended up being a very disappointing experience. My daughter went for a school year when she was 5. She was placed in a class with others her age but many of the students she was placed with were behind her in skill (scared of the equipment) so she got very little one on one attention. I saw very little to no progression to her skills. When I asked if she could go to another level that would push her skills, another class where there weren't so many higher needs kids, or get additional an additional helper for her class I was just dismissed and told it would improve. It didn't and after 8 months my daughter was still unable to perform a cartwheel. Very disappointing, for as expensive as they are you should be able to see results and we didn't.

I loved gymnastics growing up so, naturally, I was excited and hopeful that my 2 year old daughter would be a gymnast at some point. I never planned on enrolling her in any sort of gymnasts class until she was 4 or 5 because I thought they were pointless at such a young age. We happened to go to open gym shortly after my daughter's 2nd birthday and had a BLAST. Still, I had no interest in enrolling her in a class. Fast-forward a couple weeks and my mom, who was also a gymnast, came to open gym with us. She fell in love with it and talked me into trying out a class for a month. Now here we are, 4 months later, still enrolled with no intention of dropping out! It has made a HUGE difference in my daughters gross motor skills. Her balance, coordination, strength and overall skills have grown in leaps and bounds. She's doing things that most kids her age aren't (except her buddy, who is also in gymnastics). The coaches at Saga play a huge part in this. They are absolutely amazing with the little ones and great at explaining what's expected during class. The facilities are clean and it's a fun, great environment!

My daughter absolutely has a love for gymnastics again and can't wait for Tuesday class to roll around. She loves that her instructors are super nice and attentive and she is learning new and exciting things.
We love the fact that the instructors actually watch the kids and guide them and work on correcting them with positive feed back. We came from a gymnastics school where the teachers were always checking their cell phones and joking around with each other and ignored the kids more than half the time. Thank you Saga for restoring our faith in the sport.

SAGA is amazing.! The atmosphere when you step into the gym is fun and up beat. The coaches look happy and seem to love what they do. They focus on helping the kids become a better gymnasts as well as a better person in life.
