ARX is amazing, so is the Caroll bike. Staff are kind, knowledgeable, and encouraging. They have many other innovative services I plan to try soon!

We had a very good experience. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The Infrared Sauna was the highest quality we have been in so far (have sat in 5 different). You could literally feel the toxins leaving the body and emotional wellbeing feelings arise while sitting in the session.

If you want to float, Lumen is a good option. The tanks are quite a bit larger than others I've seen, the look of the rooms and lounging areas is very well done, and the staff is great. I've floated with them a few times and it's becoming my go-to spot. I think their rates are some of the most reasonable in Abq as well.
If you've never experienced a floating session before, I highly recommend it. I've convinced friends to try them in the past, even over their protests that they would feel claustrophobic or just bored. It's a wonderful experience and whenever I come out, I feel like I've had the most amazing nap of my life, but w/o actually sleeping. About halfway through the soak, I can feel my brain shift into a slower gear and it's an incredibly relaxing feeling. After a float, I usually experience very deep muscular relaxation for the rest of the day, along with a general feeling of well-being. I find that I get greater relaxation in my muscles from a float than I do from a massage, but that's my personal experience, YMMV.
Float naked, ignore anyone who advises you to wear a bathing suit and just be still. It pays off.

Totally awesome! Large float tanks (none like these in Albuquerque), great sauna, massages too! And that's not all! Check out the ARX and NeuroOptimal for a better body and brain. For a great afternoon spa experience book a Sauna, massage and float - You will be blown away. My 3rd float was the best - so be sure to get the three float package so you can learn how best to enjoy the experience. I like to do a 'travel into the earth' meditation while floating. The ARX is a great way for us older (74) folks to get a safe workout.

Decided to give Neuroptimal a try. I go in for a session to relax, rejuvenate, and clear my mind. Wish I would've taken advantage of this prior to taking exams in college. Dan is very knowledgeable and kind. He made me feel right at home.

Place was very well structured. Very clean and modern lounge area that puts you in a relaxed state instantly. With complementary beverages and some healthy reading it's great. Tried out the floatation cabins and they were amazing. Perfect private room to yourself and thoughts. Would be a tad bit better if the lobby area were more inviting but that's not a deal breaker at all. Can't wait to go back and feel their zero gravity message chair once they get that up and running.

If you are looking for a place to forget your body and relax your mind... this is the place!! Dan took such care in the design and comfort of his facility that you will instantly feel at home. Had my first float experience last week and I'll definitely be back for more. Let the world drift away... if only for 90 mins! So Worth it ~ go try it out

Beautiful, peaceful space. I came in for a float recently and it was my first time floating. Owner Dan explained everything in detail beforehand and the shower and float tank were super clean. The float happens in a sizable "cabin" as opposed to the smaller pods that some places have. I didn't feel rushed at all during the process so I was just able to relax.
