Best gym in Albuquerque- amazing and knowledgeable staff. Did I forget to mention, FUN.
Workouts are awesome, coaches are very supportive! People are very friendly! I love it!
Smaller and older than the San Mateo Blvd location, but still the same awesome, butt-kicking classes and personal training. Leroy, the manager, is one of my favorite coaches (miss your classes at San Mateo, Leroy!) He manages to give personalized feedback on your technique even in a packed class.
Biggest downside are the unisex restrooms (sorry, guys... you just aren't as clean as us girls...) and the lack of a nice, private shower space like the new location offers.
This is the best workout gym I have ever belonged to. Working with the trainers here at UFC has literally changed my life. When I first came to UFC West side location I was not in the best shape, but now I have am working on building muscle and improving my stamina and feel quite comfortable in my clothes. Reece and Leroy know their stuff, and the incidental advice they give their clines on diet and lifestyle psychology has again changed my life. I feel both Leroy and Reece have taken a personal interest in helping me achieve my goals, and this is why I am taking my time to write a glowing review for UFC West Side. If you use any one of the trainers, take a class, etc. it will be money well spent!!

Went w a friend to check it out, thought it was nice that they had a kids class for my daughter to try, unfortunately it was her first time and she is very shy. We ended up leaving because the teacher told her to sit outside of the ring after sitting and watching from inside. If it wasn't bad enough she was unsure getting kicked out of the ring made it worse. As for me, I thought the workout I did get was great and wished I didn't have to leave.
