Brought my travel soccer team here in the off season, AMAZING workouts. Not just your typical run of the mill location very innovative! Highly recommend!!. I absolutely love this place! They are an amazing studio and I highly recommend that everyone try it out! The staff was so incredibly friendly and made my experience so much better! Coach Mike Pacifico was a great trainer, very knowledgeable, but also approachable for questions and instructions! He made each of us feel comfortable no matter our fitness level, as well as gave us a killer workout!! The facility has everything and more!!
