Been here a few times and the kids love it. Also celebrated my oldest birthday and he had a blast with a few of his close friends and family.
This place is great in helping kids with unstructured play which they crave and don't get much of these days. They exhaust their energy and in turn have a productive next few days. You can get a monthly membership which is totally worth it. For less then one days visit. Hope this helps.
This is a tough review. The place is very clean and the staff at the front desk is very nice however the rest of the staff (the ones who run the park) leave a lot to be desired. My son (12) was playing basketball with me and two staff members came over and took the ball away. I assumed they were going to show us something. Nope they just decided it was their turn to play. Both had orange shirts that said staff so I'm not confused. Then, they have a very nice obstacle course that you have to pay extra to use. We paid the additional money but could not use it because there were dozens of small children at the bottom which is essentially a ball pit to catch you when you fall off the obstacles. The issue is the staff let's the small kids just play in the balls making the course useless unless you want to fall on top of small children. Complete waste. Either have a ball pit separately or the staff (three people watching) can actually make sure the kids aren't below the course and safe. I know, I'm asking a lot. Too bad, someone spent a lot of money and let teenagers ruin it.
Awesome place for kids!! We've been to the other kids places like Pump it up and Sky Zone for our kids birthday parties but this is the BEST by far! We recently had a birthday party here and everything went well. All the kids had a great time even though the place was packed and there were multiple parties going on at the same time.The party coordinator was on point so things went smooth and we didn't have to worry about anything. As soon as you walk in they have a sort of Ninja Warrior course set up over a massive ball pit. If you slipped or fell off the obstacles you landed on the balls rather than water! There's trampolines as well as a dedicated dodgeball one and 2 trampoline basketball games. There is a battle balancing beam game, jump on to the sky run off. They have a large labyrinth playing area as well as a climbing wall! The kids all were able to find a few play areas that they really liked instead of being stuck with only trampolines or air filled slides! One recommendation for anyone who is thinking about having their kids party there: definitely get a private room because it is loud there when crowded and this way in the party room you can have a conversation without screaming or having someone repeat themselves.
I'd say the ideal age range would be approximately 5-9 years old.
Good place for individual or a group to have fun time during winter. However I would like to give only 2 star for birthday party place. Lot to of chaos, and Parents needs to run the show to avoid it. No host to guide the party group. If they improve on this, then I would like to increase the rating to 3.5.
This place is great for high energy kids...for parents not so much. There is no where to sit so people just sit in the massage chairs while the alarms just beep and annoy everyone else. Please urban air either make the alarms so loud that no one sits in them without paying or turn the alarm off.
Also you might want to consider a parent area at the front of the building so the parents can just sit there and wait.
Brought my daughters to Urban Air in Milltown on a Wednesday afternoon. The place was packed and extremely understaffed. It took us well over 30 minutes to pay and for my kids to start playing. I would have left immediately, but did not want to disappoint my daughters. Once they were able to play, the play zones were well over capacity with no staff to be seen. It would consider the conditions unsafe. The bathrooms were disgusting and needed servicing. We will not be back. Disappointing, as we were here once before and the experience was good.
Thank you for a great party! I was sooo impressed at how well my event was handled! Sarah C. did an exceptional job & handled every aspect of my party with much grace & care. Renzo, the manager introduced himself & also handled everything exceptionally well! Wow!!! Urban Air should be proud of their staff & what a great facility! Great fun for kids & adults!!!
My son turned 5 & he will forever remember his Urban Air party! His friends still talk about it. Thank you for giving my family a day to remember! Kudos Urban Air for a job well done:)
The place itself is lots of fun for kids. The staff is horrible and service is terrible. Too bad the place had lots of potential.

The hosts were Kayli and Brendan who were very excellent. They were so kind and so patient with all of the questions being asked and the wild kids. The park was very clean and easy to walk around. Loved every attraction!!! I will come to urban air as much as I can now to have a fun experience and make more memories. We stan urban air!!!!!!

As the party boy, I had a lot of fun. however, one employee was rude and called me gay and later on asked me to hug him. I did not like that.

We had a party for my son and he had a blast ! Our guest couldn't stop talking about how much fun they had && our host Bella was so awesome ! She was very attentive and helpful!! Great trampoline place for kids && especially parties.
The play space is new and pretty entertaining. There is only one changing table in the entire place and the bathroom door is broke. Expect long lines and limited locker space. No area to sit and take shoes off before putting on jump socks

Came on a week night. Not a lot of people there. I imagine its packed on weekends and for bday parties. I enjoyed my first time here. Did the obstacle course, trampolines, jump zone, and warrior pit. Favorite part was the warrior pit. Balance beam where two combatants face-off with battering rams. 9.6/10
Went in to check the place out, the manager there was so friendly! He gave me a full tour and who to call for pricing or booking. There are SOOOOO many cool features! It is so much more than trampolines. Cannot want to bring by kids and Daisy troop back!!
I had a party for my 6 year old yesterday and we had a blast! Our party host was SO AWESOME! Jensenia and the rest of the staff were very helpful and fun! I would definitely be back!!! Thanks for making my son and everyone else happy! Book your party here or just go have fun! GREAT JOB URBAN AIR!!

The manager is a legend! Great guy! Everyone need to come here for sure and make sure u ask jake and Kyle to be your party host. The best team ever.

The other reviewer is not too smart, they are clearly building the park from what used to be staples. Finally someone is doing something with that space. It's been sitting closed for over 2 years. I'm sure kids will have a blast.
Great new place! Lots of different activities, not just trampolines. They need more staff on duty at each station but they just recently opened so I'm sure they will figure that out soon. Kids were off from school when we went, too, so a lot of kids! Food prices very reasonable.
