They have the weights/equipment to make one strong such squat racks, benches, and deadlift area. They have other equipment for muscle building and cardio too. I enjoyed working with the free weights.... more

Finishing up my fist month a TUFF and love every session I've attended. John is great at helping each person push themselves at their individual level and is always right there to help with form to make sure you get the most from the workout and don't get hurt.... more

I've been going to the "happy hips" yoga class since it first started, & my body always feels so much better after each and every class. Amanda is so articulate in her instructions that I've actually done classes with my eyes closed! She is also good at giving modifications to those of us who have injuries.... more
