PowerCycle is more than just a basic spin studio. They have other classes such as yoga, barre, and stength. I usually get bored of workouts/fitness studios and stop going, but the friendly instructors, beat based workouts, and frequent challenges motivate me to keep coming back.... more

TFL is a wonderful place to get a great workout and build your faith all while building a strong community of people that are there to support you through everyday life.. I love this gym! Great way to burn a ton of calories and meet new people. Priced way better than most other fitness classes for unlimited workouts. Good workout, kind people. I just wish there was more of a sparring aspect, but to be fair, you can get one on one classes and they don't tout themselves as a self-defense gym.... more

Great Place For Cardiac Rehab, The Staff Is Great, Nice, Well Kept Facility.. I used to like this facility a lot more than I do now. Showers in womens locker run either hot or cold, but no warm setting.... more
