My all time favorite gym. The staff is so helpful and friendly, there's always someone to greet you with a smile. It's a clean and comfortable place to exercise. Plenty of equipment and excellent classes. The lady who runs the day care is truly an angel. I love Access Fitness in Great Falls.

Always enjoy my trips to access fitness. I'm a long time local 4H leader and every time we need help from the folks at Access Fitness they answer our call. Most recently they ran a dance/ exercise workshop for during this year's 4H camp at Camp Rotary. Thanks again to Greg and the staff of Access Fitness

I thought this was a great gym, until I was in the women's locker room getting ready to shower, and a cleaning Man walks in without warning and just starts cleaning away. Isn't that illegal for a Man to walk into a Women's lockerroom, without making positive there is no women in there?

This is Sue Ashley. I went to Access for the Great Essentrics class, but I wanted to suspend for a few months to save money and because I will be gone a lot in the summer, but The 10.00 fee seemed too much when No services were received during the suspension. I also disagree about 30 day cancellation notice; and a fee if notice is not given. Your membersip policy should be POSTED on your website.

If you are looking to just pump iron and not BS any gym will it. This gym reminds me of my hometown gym. Good people. I EVER got to workout IN THE DARK LOL!

I actually went here using the guest pass they offer. And I gotta say, it's a nice gym!
The staff is polite and helpful, the gym itself is well put together, and is clean. Even the price itself was good, and well priced for what there is offered!
However, I'm not a fan of how the locker room is setup. I know I sound prude for it, but I've never been a fan of the open-style showers most gyms have.

Very reasonable membership and pleasant owner and staff. Lots of room with an indoor track, classes, sauna, hot tubs, showers....racket ball, basketball, etc...

Friendly group. I am someone who prefers to educate myself about a place before I go try it out. Looked up their website, which is something I encourage all the "they wouldn't help me, wouldn't show me equipment, didn't greet me" commentators to do, and discovered that they have a weekly meet and greet with trainers and staff on Tuesdays at 6pm where they go over all aspects of the gym. Their website also has a two trip free workout coupon if you just want to try them out first rather than pay a fee, something EVERY gym does, not just this one so stop whining about your $8. I'm a big girl and I have found the staff to be polite which is understandably hard to do at 4:45 am but they make the effort, and answer questions when asked. Equipment is clean, areas are clean, minimal broken equipment. This is not a 5 star resort where you are waited on hand and foot. If you just walk in, you are expected to know what a gym is and the basics when it comes to using general equipment. There are "how to" plaques posted on all the machines for basic use and safety. They do their best to help but if you don't open your mouth and ask, you can't expect to get any help as they are not mind readers. Working out, trying to get in shape, and getting healthy are very personal decisions and they give you that privacy and respect. Maybe that's what some see as poor customer service. I see it as an incredible courtesy that an overweight woman can workout and not be bothered or be made to feel inferior because I'm round instead of ripped. THANK YOU staff, management, and patrons for being a great, welcoming group!

It's a great place with a fantastic culture that will welcome you back after a long absence like The prodigal son. Only reason I can't give it 5 stars is that the shower situation sucks and the day care room doesn't have it's own bathroom.
