This is a fantastic school for kids and adults to learn BJJ. An awesome atmosphere and the people are amazing..Great training atmosphere with programs for kids an adults..im joey, i like this place because i get to learn how to defend myself, All the students are friendly and cool friends, our teacher, preston, is a wonderful teacher and he encourages us all to want to learn this subject.... more

High quality gear, high quality people and a place you can laugh..Best gym in town.I would not recommend this style of working out if you are trying to get back into shape. They seemed more interested in scores then proper technique.... more

Rude unhelpful staff who act in a condescending manner to two new clients. Leaving them to wander around trying to figure things out on their own. Would not reccomend! I would give them a ZERO star review if I could!.... more

Very clean and sanitary, Never over crowded, great atmosphere, and all the free weights and machines you possibly need to get a good workout in! The staff and personal trainers are awesome! the free daycare sauna and hot tub makes this gym my number 1 choice in town.I get work done and am feeling better about myself..My all time favorite gym. The staff is so helpful and friendly, there's always someone to greet you with a smile.... more

Great place and really nice staff.This place Is fabulous! Highly highly recommended!.I could give this place 0 stars I would, that's what they deserve. My 4 year old daughter went here for 6 months and everything was going ok, she didn't do a whole lot they repeated the same thing every week.... more
