The instructors are kinds and knowledgeable. The studio is clean and smells fresh. I enjoyed the classes that I took at this location.. Been coming here off and on for years, used to be my favorite place to be and unwind.... more
First time anything Yoga. Blown away! What an amazingly positive experience. led the class. Moved quickly, but was not difficult to keep up. She was also quick to jump in and help on several occasions during class for one on one instruction on poses I struggled with.... more
The vibe is cool here. The space is big enough to accommodate a large class and not be too cramped. The culture is cool and not high brow by any means. People like to do their practice, talk, and generally have a good time.... more
I have gone to both facilities, both were closed for some reason in the middle of the day. I called, no answer. I have emailed twice, and its been over a week with no reply. I was really excited about taking their classes, but I am confused about if they actually exist.... more
