Not a welcome environment for people new to Pilates. I booked the Saturday 10:30am all-level Pilates mat class through ClassPass and this was my first time doing Pilates. This studio seems to skew older and I was the youngest in the class by a few decades.... more

The gym is geared toward Power Lifters, but is great for your any body builder as well. The members on average have terrific gym etiquette, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The price of membership is also very reasonable, and it's a month to month payment .... more
Corporate yoga studio. Almost everything has a fee or charge of some sort.. FRAUD: They just denied paying with a membership with a gift card which is illegal. Says no where on the card that it can't be used for memberships and they just charged my GF another $160.... more

This place is allot bigger than it looks. There's a huge basement level with gyms, machines, treadmills, pool, hot tub and more. Than the upstairs has meeting rooms, more workout equipment, treadmills and more.... more
Probably the nicest locker facilities of any lifetime. Yoga studios are great. Lots of free weights but more limited options for fitness machines. Pool is pretty small but is a standard length.... more

I would avoid this gym. I have heard bad stories about this gym and would stay away from it. There are many other better choices. I would not give it any stars but google won't allow it.... more
