An excellent experience. I swim every day for an hour and shower and sauna. I love the lifeguard staff and desk staff. Very friendly helpful people. My only complaint is the locker room toilet near the showers.... more

This is by and large the best anytime I've been to. 4 Power racks, tons of room to stretch and yoga in the basement, almost all the machines you could want. My ONLY complaint is that there is only one *truly* good bar in the racks.... more
Joella's yoga classes are marvelous and hands down she is the best massage therapist in Duluth! I highly recommend taking one of her yoga classes. Do your body a favor and get a massage by her! Simply the BEST!.... more
As far as the Chia Xiong review, let me clear this up! One, I NEVER yelled at her son, he had no idea what he did was wrong and I had three members there that can verify that there was NO yelling and I was just asking who he was with and how old he was! Chia had her earbuds in and had no idea I was there until I waved my hands in front of here! She also lied about his age, lied again by using her husband's card for her son, and even if he WAS of age, he was NOT on the plan or did he have a waiver signed! Also I NEVER kicked them out, she just ran out before I could explain my policies! Her husband came in the next day and I cleared the air with him and told MY side and the truth and hoped she would delete this unwarranted 1 star review, but I guess not! We have rules to protect ALL our members, all she needed to do was talk to me about it, which she never did!.... more
Hired Dawn and Christine to perform at our wedding. They were able to bring a portable rig because our venue did not allow rigging to be set up on the walls. They decorated their rig and did such a great job performing during our cocktail hour and after dinner.... more
