As far as the Chia Xiong review, let me clear this up! One, I NEVER yelled at her son, he had no idea what he did was wrong and I had three members there that can verify that there was NO yelling and I was just asking who he was with and how old he was! Chia had her earbuds in and had no idea I was there until I waved my hands in front of here! She also lied about his age, lied again by using her husband's card for her son, and even if he WAS of age, he was NOT on the plan or did he have a waiver signed! Also I NEVER kicked them out, she just ran out before I could explain my policies! Her husband came in the next day and I cleared the air with him and told MY side and the truth and hoped she would delete this unwarranted 1 star review, but I guess not! We have rules to protect ALL our members, all she needed to do was talk to me about it, which she never did!

I just got a membership to this gym about a month ago, and I have been blown away by it so far. The gym is a little smaller, but they have everything someone would need. The staff is extremely friendly and I always feel welcome! I highly recommend

Not as clean as other facilities, Most wont wipe down machines. So extra work for me. Gotta wipe down b4 and after. All and All I enjoy going there

The new owner as of a few months , Mike, was a huge improvement for this location. He is always friendly and helpful, gladly issued a free month I accrued from the past owner though he didn't have to, and is generally just a nice guy. He cleans the gym constantly and keeps it in good repair. I'm a casual gym goer and never had a bad experience with the patrons. A+

I don't live in Duluth, but I was visiting family so I needed a quick workout. This place is one of the best SNAPs I've been to. The staff is affable, the place is clean, and the equipment is solid, varied, and well organized. I'll definitely go back.

When my month membership had run out, I went in to get my $20 back for the key charge. I wasn't too fond of the gym itself, it's kind of depressing. Anyway, I walked into the office and the employees were talking about throwing up really loud in front of me (gross) and when I simply explained my situation the woman became visibly frustrated and asked if I had really paid because it wasn't on the books. I calmly said I had paid, because otherwise they wouldn't have given me the key. The woman said, "I KNOW HOW IT RUNS ITS JUST NOT ON THE BOOKS." (Jeez sorry lady go take another smoke break). So she called her employee on the phone in front of me and was pissed off before finally giving me my $20 back. Needless to say I'm so glad I got out of there, they are rude and do not know how to act appropriately in front of customers. It was a simple situation that escalated into a headache. Not good business practice.
