Great trainers! Great fast workout! Getting stronger all the time.. Great workout and trainers are willing to modify my workout to accommodate my needs! I'm closing in on my 200th round and still I feel some new muscle soreness every week! Also changing and challenging!... more
Great Gym if you're looking for a reasonable place to work out. It's MORE convienent than parking 10 minutes away at Lifetime, Walking 1/2 hour to the locker room, then up 2 levels to the cardio area.... more
