This place has classes for parkour and freerunning which are very fun and great exercise, but open gym is the best place to find out what your body physicslly can and can't do. There are knowledgable, safety oriented employees who check on you from time to time and give you tips, similar obstacles, or safety precautions , all based on what you're doing at the time.... more
I really enjoyed working out here. I felt that the facility was always very clean, front desk staff was super friendly, the pool was in great condition, and all the machines met my needs.... more
