Best family gym in windsor. They have classes, training sessions and just about anything you need..A lot of fun activities for the kids and very friendly staff.I love that taking the kids to the YMCA.... more

Gym looks like from 1970s. They never clean it and will make you pay to use a locker ..The facility is well maintained and the atmosphere is awesome. Love working out here..Awesome gym.... more

Great gym. Always has employees cleaning equipment. Lots of equipment and wide variety. Sometimes gets a little crowded upstairs between trainers and members, which is expected at peak hours.... more
I have always had a great experience here..I love this studio! They offer so many different types of classes. I personally love the Pilates and HIIT classes. The instructors are so nice and the studio is always clean!.... more
