I have a stellar time with every practice I engage in. I love Yoga, and the teachers and the Yoga Lab are knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. My practice has been evolving so rapidly since practicing here and I've already been referring people to the studio to have them experience their first yoga class with these amazing instructors.... more

I love this fitness centre! Clean facilities, super friendly and helpful staff, and an overall sense of belonging because of their hospitality. The members are very friendly too. Sauna, steam room, pool, and lots of classes offered as well.... more

The hours are terrible and the equipment is dirty and old. Complete waste of my money.. Very bad experience.Never in my entire life encounter such a bad experience.I go there to do cardio and to relax witch was recomended by my heart specialist .... more
