Only been here one day but amazing staff, fellow workers and people. Super friendly environment thats affordable and still has great facilities.
I was in the upstairs weight room today and a man who I believe to be a personal trainer kept trying to give me unsolicited advice about how I should be lifting my weight. I never asked for help. I then asked who he was and he called me rude? I come to the gym to enjoy myself and work-out at my leisure, not to be critiqued about my posture or how I should be lifting. Very unprofessional.
I'm in fine shape by myself nor did I ever ask for assistance. I mind my own business and don't need to be called rude from some one I never even provoked to talk to me. Some people are self-conscious and shy when going to the gym. People like this scare off customers. I normally really like this gym but I'm extremely offended.

Justin (changed his name to Justice) Fournier is or was involved in business with Windsor Squash, and has a history of ripping vulnerable people off (google 'Just Landscaping'). He also has a history of shady dealings, and issuing threats of violence against people. He was selling synthetic marijuana in Windsor a few years ago as well (google Crystal Kush). I myself was offering to help him with "Joint Ventures" when he was located at the new city market on walker road by giving him marketing ideas, and helping him design logos for himself and his partner who was just out of jail. He issued me a threat of violence when I told him I wanted out of his 'company.' He still uses my logo to this day, and I got nothing for it. I do not understand how people can support such a criminal. They probably do not know of his history.

Just joined up and had my first class!!! Wonderful location and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Ladies change room was nice and clean, good value for the money

Squash court fees for members is ridiculous... almost $10 to play a person even if you are already a member at the "squash AND fitness" gym.... the only time it is free is after 9pm... I would pay more a month to play when ever I want for free instead of almost $10 every time on top of my membership...

Got a few free visits from Howard johnson was nice to be able to workout 4 hours away from home
POORLY maintained mens room. Tile missing and loose in shower, easy to cut your feet. Steam Sauna is OFTEN broken down, just recently almost four weeks! Then one week later its down again! Hair drier never gets cleaned out and cord is so short it pulls out of wall every time you use it. When you resign you dont even hear Im sorry for the inconvenience or sorry to hear your leaving even when your polite.
Friendly staff and patrons, but not overly friendly. Decent variety of group classes. I don't have much of a basis of comparison, but I felt comfortable here, which is why I signed up. Only dislike: beautiful wood sauna is not for steaming. But there's a steam room, which is neat.
