I love Citizen Yoga! Everyone at the studio is always so welcoming. All of the teachers help you grow in your yoga practice. Which for me doesn't necessarily mean hitting a head stand but becoming more intentional with my practice.... more

I began attending sessions in November 2018, in the beginning I struggled to keep up but eventually I got the hang of it.
