I began attending sessions in November 2018, in the beginning I struggled to keep up but eventually I got the hang of it. I love the boxing sessions the most, the Give Fitness app allows me to conveniently schedule my sessions, the notifications keep me informed, and the newsletter is an added bonus.... more
This place is so interesting. Conventional gyms are not my thing so this makes working out much more fun! Good patrons and the owners are so hospitable and friendly. I like the way the courses vary enough to let everyone choose their own pace to suit their fitness level.... more

Fun for the grandkids amd adults.Kids pee in the pool. Go figure..The new playground is bright and colourful. There were a couple of items that seemed to have a wider entrance type door to allow wheel chairs to drive in or up to the toys for the child to play.... more

Best family gym in windsor. They have classes, training sessions and just about anything you need..A lot of fun activities for the kids and very friendly staff.I love that taking the kids to the YMCA.... more

Gym looks like from 1970s. They never clean it and will make you pay to use a locker ..The facility is well maintained and the atmosphere is awesome. Love working out here..Awesome gym.... more
