Each and every time I have walked in the door I have always been greeted by someone. Very welcoming and encouraging environment. The space has a great energy while also being calming at the same time.
This studio is more than just exercise, it is about empowering & encouraging each other. The positive vibes are contagious & it is one of my favourite parts of my weekly/daily routine! Instructors are super encouraging, there are smiles all around (even when you feel like you're dying in the exercise), laughter fills the room & the space is welcoming.
Over priced at almost $25 for a 45 minute class. The instructor was rough when doing hands on assists and used a youtube playlist for music, so there was a long advertisement playing in between every song. A class for level 1 and 2 pilates provided barely any direction to distinguish more advanced techniques.
