A very educated way in learning how to become strong and move well in life.

Working out has been a challenge to me: I have significant damage to my knees and lower back, and minor damage to my ankles and one shoulder. (I was energetic and not very good at thinking ahead in high school.)

The two trainers I have worked with at Gymnasia have been fantastic, and have made sure to work around the injuries, keeping me progressing without doing more damage. So far I've only done private sessions, but I've had the opportunity to watch several of the small group classes, and they look fantastic as well. I'll be moving into those with the new year, and I'll try to remember to update here once that has happened.
